Museum and Public Library soon to rise in Naval
Naval, Biliran - Governor Rogelio Espina has directed the construction
of an edifice that would become the Biliran Museum and Public Library,
which would serve as repository of artifacts and center of information
on the island province's history and culture, as well as center for
information and technology.
